Food Freedom these days is getting tossed around a lot...and unfortunately, most often it’s a clickbait term to diet culture.

The truth is, Food Freedom is simply normal eating. It is our innate state of being as humans until the moment restriction comes in. These restrictions and rules are layered on in the Food Freedom Diet, all under the disguise of "Food Freedom".

The Food Freedom Diet continues to center your body and food and fails to address the diet culture belief system that leads to fear of fatness. Until we dismantle these beliefs, we haven’t achieved true food freedom.
